A beef Tri Tip grilled using a reverse sear and basted with a Steakhouse Butter until it's a perfect medium rare. It's beefy, it's got that nice crust on the outside - and it's dang delicious too!
I used a spit roaster to cook some Greek Marinated Chicken Thighs… and it turned out fantastic. The chicken gets some crispy crunchies on the outside - and the inside stays so juicy and tender. When you slice it up - you get a little of both - which makes the texture and flavor amazing.I made a little yogurt sauce and greek salsa - and all together it made one delicious Grilled Chicken Gyro… it’s like a fresh, flavor-packed Greek Taco!
