Just e-mail Rachelle and Katie at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right. If your product arrived in less than perfect condition, we will ship a replacement out to you immediately, and, of course, the shipping cost is on us!
If you’ve changed your mind, ordered too much, or decide you would like a refund for whatever reason at all, that’s perfectly fine too! Just snap a picture of the item(s) you are returning, attach it in an e-mail to email@example.com, and let us know its on the way back to us.
Upon receiving your return, we will remit a refund in the manner in which you paid within 1 business day.
