I smoked it on my drum smoker and wrapped it with savory flavors to produce some killer pulled pork.This pulled meat isn't traditional BBQ, but it would be perfect to serve over rice or mashed potatoes for a great meal.... but I used it to make a Super Pork Sandwich.
