Sweet Mango Habanero Hot Wings cooked with mango preserves and melted butter, sauced with Melinda's Foods Habanero Hot Sauce and Killer Hogs Hot Sauce, and seasoned with Killer Hogs AP Seasoning.

Ingredients

24 part wings - drums and flats

1/2 cup mango preserves

1/2 cup Melinda’s Foods Habanero Hot Sauce

1/4 cup Killer Hogs Hot Sauce

1 stick melted butter
-
1 teaspoon Killer Hogs AP Seasoning

1 teaspoon cornstarch
-
1 teaspoon water
Directions
Place wings on a wire cooling rack and pat dry with paper towel.
Fry wings in 350 degree oil for 10-12 minutes or until a minimum internal temperature of 165.
Combine the mango preserves, habanero hot sauce, Killer Hogs Hot Sauce, AP Seasoning, and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Mix the cornstarch and water together and pour into the sauce pot. Bring back to a slight boil while whisking and remove from heat once the sauce starts to thicken.
Toss the wings in the sauce and serve.
*For more heat add additional Habanero Hot Sauce before tossing.
