Great TX Hot wings cooked with vegetable oil and seasoned with paprika, Killer Hogs TX Rub, Ground Cayenne Pepper, Ground Chipotle Pepper, and Ground Cumin.

Ingredients
- 4lb whole chicken wings
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 Killer Hogs TX Rub
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon Ground Chipotle Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
Directions
- Prepare stick burner pit for indirect cooking at 300 degrees.
- Pat wings with a paper towel and toss in vegetable oil.
- Combine dry ingredients, place in a dredge shaker, and season all sides of the wings.
- Place the wings on the pit and smoke until the internal temperature hits a minimum of 165 degrees.
