Ingredients

4lb whole chicken wings

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 Killer Hogs TX Rub

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 tablespoon Ground Cayenne Pepper

1/2 tablespoon Ground Chipotle Pepper

1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
Directions
Prepare stick burner pit for indirect cooking at 300 degrees.
Pat wings with a paper towel and toss in vegetable oil.
Combine dry ingredients, place in a dredge shaker, and season all sides of the wings.
Place the wings on the pit and smoke until the internal temperature hits a minimum of 165 degrees.
