We always serve Southern Cornbread Dressing at our Thanksgiving alongside the Turkey. And this year, I decided to cook the cornbread dressing on the Big Green Egg Smoker to add an extra layer of flavor. I wasn't sure if it would work, but this smoked Southern Cornbread Dressing ended up turning out much better than I ever expected.
Smoked wings inspired by Kansas City BBQ... I smoked these wings on the drum for 30 minutes, then threw them in a pan with BBQ Sauce, Hot Sauce, and butter until they were good and tender. Just set the glaze at the end and you have a super tender and saucy BBQ Hot Wing!
