I use this as a binder aswell. Never dissapointed at all very well mixed, does have a little tangy kick but very flavorful. 100 percent will use this for hot sauce

Love it. Nice and mellow xompared to say Tabasco. Really good base or ingredient more than a condiment. Always use it in brines, bbq sauces and marinades

Awesome hot sauce. It's a mild heat with a lot of flavor. So you get the flavor of a good hot sauce without killing your taste buds. I also like regular hot sauces, but this is for when you want to taste the food but need an little extra kick.

My wife and son do not care for Hot sauce, but they love this one. We eat it on fried chicken :poultry_leg:, eggs etc. Great hot sauce

Different Manufacturer

I agree 100% with the first two gentlemen's reviews. I purchased this sauce probably a few years ago and it was a hot sauce with good body and flavor to it. I re-purchased it maybe a year ago and it now has a runny consistency of tobacso sauce. Something changed between both purchases or sure and I can only think it was whoever is manufacturing it. I'm very apprehensive to buy it again for the fear it will be once again a runny texture.

Ive bought this sauce for a long time. Been darker, thicker, and spicy every time. Last purchase was light, runny, and a tad bland. Maybe change in manufacturing?

This sauce is a, "Put it on everything" sauce, not a ohh shit i need to get this out of my system sauce. Really like it, wish it was cheaper on amazon.

I really dig Malcom's dry spice mixtures - my cupboard is full of them.
This hot sauce was unrelated to any Killer Hogs items I've purchased prior.
Runny, if not just pure liquid. No substance to adhere to anything (like Tabasco).
It was like vinegar with a kick - minor kick at that.
C'mon dude - you're our hero - surely you can make a killer hot sauce?
