Ingredients
1 family-size bag frozen homestyle meatballs
2 cups brown gravy, prepared according to package directions
1 packet ranch seasoning
Sliced pepperoncini peppers
Pepperoncini juice
½ stick butter, cut into pats
Directions
Prepare a pellet grill or smoker for indirect cooking at 275°F.
Place the frozen meatballs in a pan and pour the prepared brown gravy over the top.
Add the ranch seasoning, sliced pepperoncini and a splash of pepperoncini juice. Top with pats of butter.
Cook at 275°F for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, until the meatballs are hot and the sauce has thickened. Don’t overcook or the meatballs may start to fall apart.
Stir to coat the meatballs in the sauce and serve hot.
