After all the things I've cooked in my day, I never thought I’d smoke camel. But here we are! Kevin down at The Butcher Shoppe shipped me a camel tenderloin and I kept it in my freezer for a while because I had no idea how to cook camel! But I finally tried it and it turned out way better than I expected.
I used a spit roaster to cook some Greek Marinated Chicken Thighs… and it turned out fantastic. The chicken gets some crispy crunchies on the outside - and the inside stays so juicy and tender. When you slice it up - you get a little of both - which makes the texture and flavor amazing.I made a little yogurt sauce and greek salsa - and all together it made one delicious Grilled Chicken Gyro… it’s like a fresh, flavor-packed Greek Taco!
