I love spinach dip, but to make it more "summertime" I used greek flavors, gave it some heat and topped it with fresh, marinated tomatoes.
Spicy Greek Spinach Dip
Spicy spinach dip with lots of cheese, greek flavors and fresh tomatoes on top. It's delicious!

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter

2 packs frozen spinach - thawed and drained
- 1 14oz can artichoke hearts chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 block cream cheese
- 4oz feta cheese
- 8oz Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded pepper Jack

1 cup grated parmesan

5-6 cloves roasted garlic - minced

Pepperoncini peppers - sliced

Cherry Tomatoes - diced
- Olive oil 1/4 cup

2 Tablespoons Malcom’s Gyro Hero Spicy Greek seasoning
Directions
Preheat pellet grill to 350 degrees Place butter in 12” iron skillet Melt butter. Add chopped onion and cook until soft
Place cooked onion in a large mixing bowl and add spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, yogurt, roasted garlic, 1 Tablespoon gyro hero, pepper Jack, and parmesan. Stir to combine.
Pour into iron skillet, top with more shredded cheese, graded Parmesan, and pepperoncini slices.
Cook at 350 until hot and bubble and the top has browned.
While the spinach dip cooks toss sliced tomatoes in olive oil seasoned with Gyro Hero.
Top the spinach dip with the marinated tomatoes and serve with warm pita bread slices.
