Forget about sweet, smoked ribs... this Spicy Greek Rib is buttery, savory, packed with flavor and Chargilled to perfection! 

I love spinach dip, but to make it more "summertime" I used greek flavors, gave it some heat and topped it with fresh, marinated tomatoes.
