Ingredients
-
1 package of Hawaiian Rolls
-
1lb crawfish tails
-
1/2 stick butter
-
1/2 red bell pepper diced
-
1/2 onion diced
-
3 cloves garlic minced
-
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
-
1 Tablespoon Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
-
1 Tablespoon King Craw Cajun Seasoning
-
1/2 cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise
-
2 cups shredded mozzarella
-
2 cups shredded cheddar
-
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
-
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Directions
Prepare pellet grill for indirect cooking at 350 degrees.
Place cast iron pan on grill and melt 2 Tablespoons butter. Add bell pepper and onion and sauté until soft about 4-5 min. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 additional minutes.
Remove the sautéed vegetables from grill and allow to cook slightly. Pour into a mixing bowl and combine with crawfish tails, Worcestershire, and hot sauce.
Add the Mayo and shredded cheese to the bowl, season with King Craw Cajun seasoning and stir to combine.
Place Hawaiian rolls on foil lined sheet pan. Spilt rolls in half lengthwise to create a top and bottom roll.
Spoon crawfish mixture on bottom half of rolls. Place top half of rolls over the bottom.
Melt remaining butter in microwave and season with granulated garlic and parsley. Brush butter mixture over top of rolls.
Place sheet pan on grill and cook for 30 minutes or until inside is melted and bubbly. Remove from grill and serve.
