King Cake Bread Pudding
Two of my favorite things — King Cake and Bread Pudding... topped with a White Chocolate Rum Sauce. #delicious

Ingredients
- 1 King Cake (store bought)
- 4 Cups Heavy Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Bag White Chocolate Morsels
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Prepare pellet grill for indirect cooking at 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9x11” baking dish with butter.
- Cut king cake into small pieces and place in a large mixing bowl. Pour heavy cream over cake and soak for 30 minutes.
- Combine eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Add white chocolate morsels and stir to combine. Pour egg mixture over soaked king cake and stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and place on smoker for 1 hour or until top has browned and bread pudding has set.
- Remove from smoker and drizzle with White Chocolate Rum Sauce (recipe below) and garnish with colored sugars.
