Smoked Goldfish
BBQ Smoked Goldfish
You can use whatever crackers, pretzels or nuts you like to make your own smoked snack!

Ingredients
- 6 cups Goldfish Crackers
- 3-4 cups cheez-it Crackers (optional)
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Pepper
Directions
- Pour Goldfish and Cheez-it Crackers into a full size aluminum steam pan and gentle fold to combine.
- Mix melted butter with Worcestershire, The BBQ Rub, and lemon pepper.
- Pour butter mixture evenly over crackers and gently fold so that all crackers are coated.
- Place pan in a 250F degree smoker and cook for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove smoked crackers from grill and season with additional The BBQ Rub to taste. Allie to cool and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.

These are the perfect gameday snack. The tiny crackers absorb a lot of smoke and taste delicious.
