Air Fryer Steakhouse Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets 6-8oz ea.
  • 1 stick butter - softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Killer Hogs TX Rub
  • 1 Tablespoon Al Frugoni Chimi Churri Seasoning

Directions

  1. Combine butter, Worcestershire, dijon, TX rub, and Chimi Churri Seasoning in a small bowl until it forms a paste.
  2. Brush on the outside of each salmon filet.
  3. Preheat air fryer on 400°F for 3 minutes.
  4. Place salmon filets in air fryer basket and cook for 14-16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135°F. 
  5. Remove filets from air fryer and rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Melt remaining butter mixture in microwave for 30-45 seconds and drizzle over salmon just before serving.
