Smoked Crab Legs
Smoked crab legs cooked in a pellet grill and basted with buttery cajun seasoning.

Ingredients
- 5 Snow crab legs - frozen
- 1 Butter Melted
- 1 Tablespoon Malcom’s King Craw Cajun Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup chopped flat leaf parsley
- Juice from 1 lemon
Directions
- Prepare pellet grill for cooking at 350°F (any grill can be used just keep the grate temp at 350° using indirect heat)
- Place the frozen crab leg clusters on the cooking grate and close the lid for 5 minutes.
- Combine the butter, King Craw seasoning, parsley, and juice from 1 lemon.
- Baste the crab leg with the butter mixture after 5 minutes. Continue to baste about every 8-10 minutes.
- Crab legs are done in about 30-35 minutes or when the shells start to dry out and turn brittle. Just pick one off and give it a crack to test for doneness.
