Flamin’ Hot Wings
Flamin’ Hot Wings
I wasn't sure hot these Flamin’ Hot Wings were going to turn out, but I was really impressed how good they actually were. I think they Flamin' Hot Cheetos has so much meal and starch in them it creates a really good crust that gets crispy on the pellet grill.

Ingredients
- 4lbs chicken wings drums and flats
- 1 cup Flamin’ Hot Cheetos (crushed)
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated fine)
- 2 Tablespoons Killer Hogs AP Seasoning
Directions
- Prepare pellet grill for cooking at 400 degrees.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet and paper towel dry.
- Season wings on both sides with AP Seasoning.
- Place Flamin’ Hot crumbs and Parmesan cheese into a ziplock bag. Shake to combine and add wings. Toss the wings around until well coated.
- Remove the wings from the bag and shake off excess breading. Place the wings on the grill and cook for 45min to 1 hour or until the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees. (I take them to 185-190 for extra crispy, tender wings).
- Serve the wings with ranch dressing for dipping.
