Easy "No Stir" Chocolate Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 1-1/4 cups sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 6 Tablespoons cocoa 
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups hot water
  • Ice cream & caramel sauce for topping

Directions

  1. Melt butter and pour into a baking dish.
  2. Combine flour with 1-1/4 cups sugar. Mix in milk and vanilla. 
  3. Pour the mixture over the melted butter. 
  4. Combine the cocoa with 1 cup sugar. Spread it over the dish but don’t stir it. 
  5. Add the hot water and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

mixture came out thick, can i just add more milk to it to get the consistency I need?
