Ingredients
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 6 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups hot water
- Ice cream & caramel sauce for topping
Directions
- Melt butter and pour into a baking dish.
- Combine flour with 1-1/4 cups sugar. Mix in milk and vanilla.
- Pour the mixture over the melted butter.
- Combine the cocoa with 1 cup sugar. Spread it over the dish but don’t stir it.
- Add the hot water and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

mixture came out thick, can i just add more milk to it to get the consistency I need?
