Desert Heat Wings
Delicious wings seasoned with Desert Golden Rub and butter. Sauced with Killer Hogs Hot Sauce, Habanero Honey Mustard, and honey.

Ingredients
- 14 whole chicken wings
- 1/4 cup Desert Gold Rub
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup Habanero Honey Mustard
- 1/4 cup Honey
Directions
- Heat pellet grill to 350 degrees
- Pat wings dry and season with Desert Gold Rub
- Place wings on grill and smoke for 70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165 (I prefer 185-190 trust me).
- Place butter in a small sauce pot and melt over medium heat. Add hot sauce, habanero honey mustard, and honey. Stir to combine and keep warm until the wings are done.
