Desert Heat Wings

Delicious wings seasoned with Desert Golden Rub and butter. Sauced with Killer Hogs Hot Sauce, Habanero Honey Mustard, and honey.

Ingredients

  • 14 whole chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup Desert Gold Rub
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Habanero Honey Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Honey

Directions

  1. Heat pellet grill to 350 degrees
  2. Pat wings dry and season with Desert Gold Rub
  3. Place wings on grill and smoke for 70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165 (I prefer 185-190 trust me).
  4. Place butter in a small sauce pot and melt over medium heat. Add hot sauce, habanero honey mustard, and honey. Stir to combine and keep warm until the wings are done.
