Perfect for tailgates and game days... these are my breakfast sliders. You start with Hawaiian Rolls, layer on cheese, eggs, bacon and sausage. Then add just a little butter and cook for about 30 minutes. You can assemble the day before and show up with these delicious little sliders ready to cook!
Hawaiian Rolls with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and breakfast sausage. Topped with butter and cooked until hot and bubbly... makes a perfect tailgate breakfast!
1 package Hawaiian Butter Rolls
2 cups Triple Cheddar Blend Cheese
6 strips bacon cooked and halved
4-5 eggs scrambled
1/2lb browned breakfast sausage
1/2 stick butter melted
Prepare pellet grill or other grill/smoker for indirect cooking at 350 degrees F.
Half the butter rolls crosswise creating top and bottom halves.
Place bottom half of rolls on baking sheet and top with 1/2 the shredded cheese.
Layer bacon, scrambled eggs, and sausage followed by remaining cheese.
Cover with top half of rolls and brush melted butter over the top.
Cover loosely with aluminum foil and place on grill for 30 minutes. Uncover foil and continue to cook until tops are brown about 5-10 min.
Remove from grill, cut into individual sliders, and serve.
