Breakfast Sliders

Hawaiian Rolls with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and breakfast sausage. Topped with butter and cooked until hot and bubbly... makes a perfect tailgate breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian Butter Rolls
  • 2 cups Triple Cheddar Blend Cheese
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and halved
  • 4-5 eggs scrambled
  • 1/2lb browned breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 stick butter melted

Directions

  1. Prepare pellet grill or other grill/smoker for indirect cooking at 350 degrees F. 
  2. Half the butter rolls crosswise creating top and bottom halves. 
  3. Place bottom half of rolls on baking sheet and top with 1/2 the shredded cheese.
  4. Layer bacon, scrambled eggs, and sausage followed by remaining cheese. 
  5. Cover with top half of rolls and brush melted butter over the top. 
  6. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and place on grill for 30 minutes. Uncover foil and continue to cook until tops are brown about 5-10 min. 
  7. Remove from grill, cut into individual sliders, and serve.
