Breakfast Sliders
Hawaiian Rolls with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and breakfast sausage. Topped with butter and cooked until hot and bubbly... makes a perfect tailgate breakfast!

Ingredients
- 1 package Hawaiian Butter Rolls
- 2 cups Triple Cheddar Blend Cheese
- 6 strips bacon cooked and halved
- 4-5 eggs scrambled
- 1/2lb browned breakfast sausage
- 1/2 stick butter melted
Directions
- Prepare pellet grill or other grill/smoker for indirect cooking at 350 degrees F.
- Half the butter rolls crosswise creating top and bottom halves.
- Place bottom half of rolls on baking sheet and top with 1/2 the shredded cheese.
- Layer bacon, scrambled eggs, and sausage followed by remaining cheese.
- Cover with top half of rolls and brush melted butter over the top.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil and place on grill for 30 minutes. Uncover foil and continue to cook until tops are brown about 5-10 min.
- Remove from grill, cut into individual sliders, and serve.
