Country style ribs isn’t technically a rib at all. In fact it comes from the butt portion of the shoulder. But when cooked right, these nuggets of pork goodness can be really delicious!

Ingredients
4lbs bone-in country style ribs
-
1/2 cup Killer Hogs Hot Rub

1 bottle Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce
Directions
Prepare upright drum smoker for cooking at 275°F (any style pit can be used just follow the same time/temperature).
Season the outside of the country style ribs with Killer Hogs Hot BBQ Rub.
Place the seasoned ribs on the cooking grate and smoke for 1-1/2 hours.
Move the ribs to a foil baking pan and pour The BBQ Sauce over each one. Cover the pan with foil and continue to cook for 1 hour or until tender.
