
A Classic, Southern-Style Pimento Cheese recipe that is perfect for summer!
creamy, cool, classic Pimento Cheese recipe. You can serve it on white bread for a sandwich, serve it with crackers to dip... or you can do what I did and use it to top a burger!

Ingredients
8oz block extra sharp cheddar cheese
8oz block Vermont sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise
1 small jar diced pimento (drained)
1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeño
2 Tablespoons juice from pickled jalapeño

1 Tablespoon Killer Hogs AP Seasoning
Directions
Grate both blocks of cheese using a box grater.
Combine cheese, pimento, jalapeño, juice from jalapeño, and seasoning in a small bowl. Stir to combine, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.
