My recipe for spicy bacon candy... and I use it for a kicked up BLT Sandwich!
Sweet and Spicy Candy Bacon

Ingredients

8-10 strips thick cut smoked bacon

1/2 cup light brown sugar

3 Tablespoons Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub

2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper

2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Prepare pellet grill for cooking at 350°F
Combine sugar, The BBQ Rub, cayenne, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
Arrange bacon slices on a foil lined sheet pan and sprinkle seasoning mixture over both sides until the bacon is coated.
Spray a wire baking rack with cooking spray and transfer the seasoned bacon slices to the rack.
Place the rack on the pit and cook for 45 min to one hour.
Remove the bacon from the pit and allow it to cool before serving.
