Sweet and Spicy Candy Bacon

Ingredients
- 8-10 strips thick cut smoked bacon
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub
- 2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Prepare pellet grill for cooking at 350°F
- Combine sugar, The BBQ Rub, cayenne, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- Arrange bacon slices on a foil lined sheet pan and sprinkle seasoning mixture over both sides until the bacon is coated.
- Spray a wire baking rack with cooking spray and transfer the seasoned bacon slices to the rack.
- Place the rack on the pit and cook for 45 min to one hour.
- Remove the bacon from the pit and allow it to cool before serving.
