Cajun Fried Rice
Cajun style fried rice mixed with a variety of vegetables, meats, and seasoned with King Craw Cajun Season and Killer Hogs Hot Sauce.

Ingredients
- 6 cups long grain rice (cooked and cooled)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 link Andouille smoked sausage
- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 1lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup King Craw Cajun Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
- 3 green onions sliced.
Directions
- Slice andouille sausage into bite size pieces.Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and cut into strips.Season the chicken pieces with Cajun Seasoning.
- Preheat the Weber Griddle to medium high heat and add a little cooking oil.
- Place vegetables on the Weber Griddle and season with Cajun Seasoning.
- While the vegetables are cooking add the chicken and andouille to the Weber Griddle. Cook until browned.
- Crack the eggs and scramble.
- Season the shrimp with Cajun Seasoning and place on the griddle for a minute on each side.
- Place the butter on the griddle and add the cooked rice, soy sauce and hot sauce.
- Combine the vegetables, scrambled eggs, and all the meat.
- Transfer the fried rice to a serving platter, garnish with green onion, and serve with additional hot sauce.
