Cajun style fried rice mixed with a variety of vegetables, meats, and seasoned with King Craw Cajun Season and Killer Hogs Hot Sauce.

Ingredients

6 cups long grain rice (cooked and cooled)

1 cup diced onion

1 cup diced bell pepper

1 cup diced celery
-
1 link Andouille smoked sausage

1 lb chicken thighs
-
1lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
-
3 eggs
-
1 stick butter
-
1/4 cup King Craw Cajun Seasoning
-
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
-
1 Tablespoon Killer Hogs Hot Sauce

3 green onions sliced.
Cajun Fried Rice
Directions
Slice andouille sausage into bite size pieces.Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and cut into strips.Season the chicken pieces with Cajun Seasoning.
Preheat the Weber Griddle to medium high heat and add a little cooking oil.
Place vegetables on the Weber Griddle and season with Cajun Seasoning.
While the vegetables are cooking add the chicken and andouille to the Weber Griddle. Cook until browned.
Crack the eggs and scramble.
Season the shrimp with Cajun Seasoning and place on the griddle for a minute on each side.
Place the butter on the griddle and add the cooked rice, soy sauce and hot sauce.
Combine the vegetables, scrambled eggs, and all the meat.
Transfer the fried rice to a serving platter, garnish with green onion, and serve with additional hot sauce.
