Make Your Own Flavorful, Homemade Southern-Style Breakfast Sausage 

Directions for use: Add 1 Tablespoon of Malcom's Country Sausage Seasoning per 1lb ground pork. Mix well to incorporate seasons fully. For best results, refrigerate for 1 hour prior to cooking. 

For different types of spicy breakfast sausage, substitute ground wild game, beef or lamb. 

Store fresh mixed sausage in refrigerator for up to 4 days. After 4 days, wrap with freezer paper or vacuum seal and store in freezer.

Amazing seasoning for ground turkey sausage too!

Ive been trying to shred a few pounds lately. I followed the directions on the package, I mixed some of this into some lean ground turkey and made some breakfast burritos. It was way better than any store bought turkey sausage Ive ever had. And healthier.

Great seasoning

I put these on my rib-tips and they were off the chain. Did a light dusting and added a little more black pepper. Nice mild :hot_pepper:? kick at the end. Beautiful seasoning and will order more.
