This might be the easiest way to cook ribs... you just rub them down with a good dry rub and then smoke them... no wrap, no sauce and no worries!

Ingredients
-
4 slabs loin back pork ribs (membranes removed)
-
1/2 cup yellow mustard
-
1/2 cup Killer Hogs Hot Rub
Directions
Prepare smoker for indirect smoking at 275°F using hickory pellets or wood for smoke flavor.
Add mustard to the outside of each slab and coat with the Hot Rub generously.
Place the ribs directly on the cooking grate meat side up and smoke until the ribs are tender. The meat should pull back from the bone on the end and when you lift the ribs the slab should almost break (great indicator that the meat is tender).
Remove the ribs from the smoker, rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice into desired portions.
Serve with extra rub over the top for dry ribs and plenty of your favorite bbq sauce for dipping.
