Spicy BBQ Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1# rotini pasta
- 1lb smoked sausage
- 1 cup chopped broccoli florettes
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 8oz cheddar cheese cubed
- 1/2 cup Hot & Spicy Blue Plate Mayo
- 1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Directions
- Slice the smoked sausage into bite size pieces and place on a foil lined baking tray. Place on a smoker at 275 degrees for 30-35 minutes until brown on outside. Drain on paper towel to remove excess grease.
- Boil pasta according to package directions and strain.
- Combine the hot and spicy mayo with Italian dressing and season with cracked black pepper.
- In a large bowl add pasta along with the smoked sausage, cheese, and vegetables. Add the dressing and gently toss until everything is coated. Place in the refrigerator covered for 1 hour before serving.

This spicy bbq pasta salad is out of this world! Definitely a 5 Star recipe! Its even better the next day after the flavors get to mingle all night!
