Grilled Denver Steak
Get ready to fire up the grill and impress your taste buds with these mouthwatering Denver Steaks! Seasoned with Prime Beef and Killer Hogs Steak Rub, these juicy steaks are seared to perfection over hot coals before being moved to the cool side of the grill to cook to a medium-rare temperature. After a rest and slicing against the grain... you have one heck of a good grilled steak!

2 Denver Steaks (about 12oz each)

1 Tablespoon Swine Life Prime Beef Rub

1 Tablespoon Killer Hogs Steak Rub
Directions
Prepare a charcoal grill for 2 zone grilling - Hot side and Cool side.
Season each steak on all sides with Prime Beef Rub followed by a layer of Steak Rub.
Sear each steak over the hot coals for 1 minute then flip and repeat. Turn the steaks 90 degrees and repeat 1 minute more on each side until internal temperature hits 115 degrees.
Move the steaks over to the cool side and allow the internal temperature to reach 125-130 degrees for medium rare.
Remove from the grill and rest for 5-7 minutes and serve.
