Ingredients
-
2 Large gulf shrimp
-
1 Smoked sausage cut into bite size pieces
-
6 Ears of corn cut in half
-
1 Dozen small new potatoes (red or gold are my favorite)
-
1 Onion quartered
-
6 Hard boiled eggs - optional but they’re good!
-
1 Pint whole mushrooms
-
1 Butter melted
-
1oz Liquid crab boil
-
2 Tablespoons Malcom’s King Craw Cajun Seasoning
-
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
-
1/4 cup Parsley
-
2 Lemons
Directions
Prepare pellet grill or any other smoker for indirect cooking at 275°F
Combine the melted butter with liquid crab boil, King Craw seasoning, minced garlic, and parsley
Fill an oven safe roasting bag with half the potatoes, corn, mushrooms, boiled eggs, shrimp, and onion.
Pour half of the butter mixture into the bag, season with a little additional King Craw, and squeeze in the juice from 1 lemon. Tie the bag and toss everything around to coat.
Place the remaining ingredients in a separate oven safe bag and repeat the process.
Place both bags on a foil lined baking sheet and onto the grill. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove the bags from the grill and pour into a large platter or dish for serving.
Again… Love this recipe… Just cook the potatoes a little first
Love it… But cook the potatoes first.
