Ingredients
-
2 cups pulled chicken - white and dark meat
-
1/2 cup ranch dressing
-
1/4 cup Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
-
1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
-
1 Tablespoon ranch seasoning
-
1 package King’s Hawaiian Rolls
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/2 stick butter melted
Directions
Prepare pellet grill for indirect cooking at 350°F
Combine pulled chicken, ranch dressing, hot sauce, cheese, and ranch seasoning in a mixing bowl.
Split the Hawaiian rolls in half, lay on a foil lined sheet pan, and spoon the chicken mixture over the bottom half of the rolls. (Add extra hot sauce if you like it a little spicy). Cover the chicken mixture with mozzarella cheese and add the top half of the rolls.
Season the melted butter with 1 teaspoon of ranch seasoning and brush it over the top of the rolls.
Place the pan on the pit and cook for 35-45 minutes until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
Cut the rolls into individual sandwiches and serve.
