  • 2 cups pulled chicken - white and dark meat

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

  • 1/4 cup Killer Hogs Hot Sauce

  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

  • 1 Tablespoon ranch seasoning

  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Rolls

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 stick butter melted

Directions

  1. Prepare pellet grill for indirect cooking at 350°F

  2. Combine pulled chicken, ranch dressing, hot sauce, cheese, and ranch seasoning in a mixing bowl.

  3. Split the Hawaiian rolls in half, lay on a foil lined sheet pan, and spoon the chicken mixture over the bottom half of the rolls.  (Add extra hot sauce if you like it a little spicy).  Cover the chicken mixture with mozzarella cheese and add the top half of the rolls.

  4. Season the melted butter with 1 teaspoon of ranch seasoning and brush it over the top of the rolls.

  5. Place the pan on the pit and cook for 35-45 minutes until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
