These Reuben Rolls are an easy, 4-ingredient appetizer that everyone will love.

Ingredients
- 2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Roll Sheets
- 1lb thin sliced Pastrami
- 16 slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 cup Sauerkraut
- 1/2 stick Butter melted
- 1000 Island Dressing for dipping
Directions
- Prepare pellet grill for indirect cooking at 350 degrees.
- Open crescent dough and roll out onto cutting surface. Use a pizza roller-cutter to cut dough into large triangles.
- Layer each triangle with cheese, pastrami, and sour kraut.
- Roll into crescent roll shape and place seam side down onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush tops with melted butter and cook non pellet grill until nice and brown about 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with 1000 island dressing for dipping.

Made these, came out amazing. A little big for finger food, we had to eat on plates with forks. Not complaining but I think next time I’ll cut the dough triangles in half & try to make them smaller? May go farther & be more finger friendly. Maybe not 🤷♂️
