These Reuben Rolls are an easy, 4-ingredient appetizer that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Roll Sheets
  • 1lb thin sliced Pastrami
  • 16 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut
  • 1/2 stick Butter melted
  • 1000 Island Dressing for dipping

Directions

  1.  Prepare pellet grill for indirect cooking at 350 degrees.
  2. Open crescent dough and roll out onto cutting surface. Use a pizza roller-cutter to cut dough into large triangles. 
  3. Layer each triangle with cheese, pastrami, and sour kraut.
  4. Roll into crescent roll shape and place seam side down onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and cook non pellet grill until nice and brown about 20-25 minutes. 
  6. Serve with 1000 island dressing for dipping.

Made these, came out amazing. A little big for finger food, we had to eat on plates with forks. Not complaining but I think next time I’ll cut the dough triangles in half & try to make them smaller? May go farther & be more finger friendly. Maybe not 🤷‍♂️
