Don't Tell The Doctor Dip

Serve this at your next BBQ... just don't tell the Dr...

Ingredients

8oz block cream cheese

1 stick butter

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise

1lb thin bacon
-
2 cups shredded cheese

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix

1 bunch green onions (chopped)
Directions
Cook the bacon on a sheet pan in the oven at 420 until crispy (about 12- 17 minutes). Drain and crumble (reserve a little of the bacon for topping the dip before serving)
Combine room temperature (softened) cream cheese and room temperature butter in a mixing bowl. Add sour cream and mayo - stir well to combine.
Add the bacon, cheese, chopped green onion (save a little for serving), and ranch dip mix. Stir to combine and transfer to a serving bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
To serve - top the dip with reserved bacon and green onion and serve with corn chips or your favorite chip or cracker.
Add a little horseradish.
