Devilishly Good Chocolate Cupcakes
Chocolate cupcake made with devils food cake mix, blue plate mayo, iced with dark chocolate fudge, and garnish with spicy chocolate covered bacon!

Ingredients
- 1 box Devils Food Cake Mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Blue Plate Mayo
- 3 eggs
- 16oz Dark Chocolate Fudge Icing
- 1/2 sick butter softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- Spicy chocolate covered bacon for garnish
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, milk, Mayo, and eggs until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter and place on 350 degree pellet grill for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before icing.
- In a small bowl, combine dark chocolate fudge icing with butter and cayenne pepper. Beat until smooth.
- Place frosting in a piping bag and swirl around each cupcake. Top with a piece of chocolate covered bacon and serve.
