1 egg
-
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
-
1 Tablespoon Killer Hogs Hot Rub
-
3 Tablespoons White BBQ Sauce
-
2 cups shredded mozzarella
-
5-6 slices of bacon cooked and cut into 2” pieces
-
10-12 Slices of pickled or fresh jalapeño
-
2 Tablespoons diced red onion
-
2 Tablespoons The BBQ Sauce
Directions
Prepare Traeger pellet grill for indirect cooking at 400°F. Place a pizza stone on the grill grate to preheat as well.
In a large bowl combine ground chicken with egg and Parmesan cheese. Season with 1/2 Tablespoon Hot Rub.
Spread the ground pork mixture out on a piece of butcher paper and form into a pizza crust about 1/4” thick. Season the top with remaining Hot BBQ Rub.
Place the butcher paper on the pizza stone and cook for 20 minutes or until crust is brown and firm to touch.
Allow the crust to cool for 4-5 minutes then spread White BBQ Sauce over the top. Layer 1/2 mozzarella, bacon pieces, red onion, jalapeño slices, and remaining cheese.
Place the pizza back on the stone until the cheese melts and the top starts to brown.
Drizzle The BBQ Sauce over the top and cut into desired slices.
