Cheesy Chicken BBQ Bacon Pizza
I use ground chicken to make a meat crust - then top it with bacon, jalapenos, red onions and BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients
- 1lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Killer Hogs Hot Rub
- 3 Tablespoons White BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 5-6 slices of bacon cooked and cut into 2” pieces
- 10-12 Slices of pickled or fresh jalapeño
- 2 Tablespoons diced red onion
- 2 Tablespoons The BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Prepare Traeger pellet grill for indirect cooking at 400°F. Place a pizza stone on the grill grate to preheat as well.
- In a large bowl combine ground chicken with egg and Parmesan cheese. Season with 1/2 Tablespoon Hot Rub.
- Spread the ground pork mixture out on a piece of butcher paper and form into a pizza crust about 1/4” thick. Season the top with remaining Hot BBQ Rub.
- Place the butcher paper on the pizza stone and cook for 20 minutes or until crust is brown and firm to touch.
- Allow the crust to cool for 4-5 minutes then spread White BBQ Sauce over the top. Layer 1/2 mozzarella, bacon pieces, red onion, jalapeño slices, and remaining cheese.
- Place the pizza back on the stone until the cheese melts and the top starts to brown.
- Drizzle The BBQ Sauce over the top and cut into desired slices.
