Salty Samoa Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 box Fudge Brownie Mix (mixed up by package directions)
- 1 box Samoa Girl Scout Cookies
- 2 cups coconut flakes (toasted)
- 2-11.5oz jars Smuckers Salted Caramel Topping
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt flakes
Directions
- Preheat pellet grill to 350 degrees.
- Mix brownie batter according to package directions. Add chopped Samoa cookies and stir to incorporate.
- Grease 8x8 baking dish and cook until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean (about 25 min).
- Allow brownie to cool for 15-20 min.
- Combine toasted coconut and caramel sauce. Spoon over brownie and spread out evenly.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
