A Sweet & Salty Coconut Brownie using Samoa Girl Scout Cookies
Salty Samoa Brownies
1 box Fudge Brownie Mix (mixed up by package directions)
1 box Samoa Girl Scout Cookies
2 cups coconut flakes (toasted)
2-11.5oz jars Smuckers Salted Caramel Topping
1/2 teaspoon sea salt flakes
Preheat pellet grill to 350 degrees.
Mix brownie batter according to package directions. Add chopped Samoa cookies and stir to incorporate.
Grease 8x8 baking dish and cook until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean (about 25 min).
Allow brownie to cool for 15-20 min.
Combine toasted coconut and caramel sauce. Spoon over brownie and spread out evenly.
Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
