These Buffalo Chicken Meatballs pack a ton of flavor - and they are better than boneless wings any day! You could smoke them, toss them in a wing sauce and serve them with ranch drizzled on top - or smoke them and add them to a crockpot with sauce and keep them warm for the party (just add a little ranch to the side for dipping)
Made with ground chicken and seasoned up good... these meatballs are smoked and tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce. Serve them with ranch for the perfect game day snack...
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, olive oil, Worcestershire, bread crumbs, parmesan, minced garlic, Ranch seasoning mix, parsley, and Killer Hogs AP Seasoning. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Roll the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 1-2 inches.
Smoke the meatballs for 35-40 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the smoker and toss them in buffalo wing sauce until they are fully coated. Serve hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
