Ingredients

  • 2lbs raw gulf shrimp tail-on (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 sticks salted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Malcom's King Craw cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup dark beer
  • 2 Tablespoons Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub

Directions

  1. Cut the butter into pats and place in an iron skillet.
  2. Add minced garlic, lemon slices, King Craw seasoning, Worcestershire, and dark beer. Then place iron skillet on a 375 degree pellet grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season shrimp with The BBQ Rub and add to the iron skillet. Toss gently to cover the shrimp in the sauce and cook for 5-10 minutes - stir the shrimp half way through the cooking process.

Love me some shrimp and this looks really great Malcom … thanks for posting. Would like to know what size cast iron skillet you used to prepare this sized batch? Thanks.
