Spicy Ranch Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 package King's Hawaiian Rolls (split in half, tops and bottoms)
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
- 6-8 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 package sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar Rao's Marinara Sauce
Directions
- Prepare pellet smoker or any other grill for indirect cooking at 350 degrees.
- Combine melted butter and ranch packet.
- Brush half of the butter mixture over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Layer mozzarella cheese slices over bottom rolls, add pepperoni followed by jalapeno slices then add shredded mozzarella.
- Cover the rolls with the top half and drizzle on the remaining melted butter mixture.
- Place on the the pit for 30 minutes or until the rolls brown and the cheesy is melted and bubbly.
- Cut into individual pieces and serve with plenty of marinara for dipping.
