Cheesy Pizza Sliders with a ranch butter on Hawaiian Rolls.
Spicy Ranch Pizza Rolls
1 package King's Hawaiian Rolls (split in half, tops and bottoms)
1 stick melted butter
1 packet Ranch Seasoning
6-8 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 package sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar Rao's Marinara Sauce
Prepare pellet smoker or any other grill for indirect cooking at 350 degrees.
Combine melted butter and ranch packet.
Brush half of the butter mixture over the bottom half of the rolls.
Layer mozzarella cheese slices over bottom rolls, add pepperoni followed by jalapeno slices then add shredded mozzarella.
Cover the rolls with the top half and drizzle on the remaining melted butter mixture.
Place on the the pit for 30 minutes or until the rolls brown and the cheesy is melted and bubbly.
Cut into individual pieces and serve with plenty of marinara for dipping.
