Island Fire Wings - grilled wings with Jamaican Jerk seasonings then tossed in a sweet and very spicy Island Fire Sauce.

Ingredients
- 4lbs chicken wings - drums and flats
- 1/4 cup Malcom’s Jammin’ Jerk Seasoning
- 1/2 cup pineapple red pepper jelly
- 1/2 cup Malcom’s Island Fire Hot Sauce
Directions
- Prepare a charcoal grill for 2 zone cooking (hot side and cool side)
- Coat the wings with cooking spray on all sides and season generously with Jammin’ Jerk seasoning.
- Arrange wings on the cool side of the grill away from the direct heat and cook turning every 4-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 180-190°F internally (minimum of 165°F).
- Heat the pineapple red pepper jelly in the microwave for 2-3 minutes until it begins to melt. Add the Island Fire hot sauce and heat another 2 minutes.
- Toss the wings in the hot sauce mixture and serve.
