Island Fire Wings - grilled wings with Jamaican Jerk seasonings then tossed in a sweet and very spicy Island Fire Sauce.

Ingredients

4lbs chicken wings - drums and flats

1/4 cup Malcom’s Jammin’ Jerk Seasoning

1/2 cup pineapple red pepper jelly

1/2 cup Malcom’s Island Fire Hot Sauce
Directions
Prepare a charcoal grill for 2 zone cooking (hot side and cool side)
Coat the wings with cooking spray on all sides and season generously with Jammin’ Jerk seasoning.
Arrange wings on the cool side of the grill away from the direct heat and cook turning every 4-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 180-190°F internally (minimum of 165°F).
Heat the pineapple red pepper jelly in the microwave for 2-3 minutes until it begins to melt. Add the Island Fire hot sauce and heat another 2 minutes.
Toss the wings in the hot sauce mixture and serve.
