Smoked Chorizo Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1lb White American Cheese
- 1lb Velverta Queso Blanco Cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cans diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1lb Chorizo Sausage browned
- 1 teaspoon Malcom’s Grande Gringo Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
Directions
- Prepare grill or smoker for indirect cooking at 350 degrees.
- Cube cheese into bite size portions.
- In a grill safe pan add butter, milk, cheese, diced chiles with the juice, garlic, and cumin.
- Place pan on the grill and cook for 35-40 minutes stirring often until cheese melts and dip is smooth.
- Add the browned chorizo sausage to the center of the dip and remove from grill.
- Garnish with Grande Gringo seasoning and cilantro. Serve with with tortilla chips.
