8-20lb smoked spiral ham
1/2 cup pure Vermont maple syrup
2 tablespoons maple sugar or substitute raw sugar
Prepare pellet smoker for indirect smoking at 275 degrees.
Remove ham from packaging and place on smoker for 2 hours.
Brush maple syrup over the ham and dust with maple sugar.
Glaze ham for 30 minutes internal temperature should be at 140 degrees.
Carve ham away from bone and serve.
