Maple Glazed Ham

Double Smoked Maple Glazed Ham is perfect for holiday meals.

Ingredients

  • 8-20lb smoked spiral ham
  • 1/2 cup pure Vermont maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons maple sugar or substitute raw sugar

Directions

  1. Prepare pellet smoker for indirect smoking at 275 degrees.
  2. Remove ham from packaging and place on smoker for 2 hours.
  3. Brush maple syrup over the ham and dust with maple sugar.
  4. Glaze ham for 30 minutes internal temperature should be at 140 degrees.
  5. Carve ham away from bone and serve.
