Cast Iron Lobster Tails
Butter Smoked Lobster Tails cooked in a Castiron Skillet

Ingredients
- 2-4 Lobster Tails (depending on size)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 sticks butter
- ¼ cup flat leaf parsley - chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Malcom’s King Craw Cajun Seasoning
Directions
- Prepare pellet grill for indirect cooking at 350 degrees.
- Melt 1 stick butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and King Craw Cajun Seasoning in microwave safe dish.
- Use kitchen shears to split top of lobster tail and carefully pull meat loose from shell and arrange over the top of the shell. Place the tails in a cast iron skillet and brush with butter mixture. Season with a little extra King Craw over the top. Cut the remaining stick of butter into pats and place alongside the tails in the skillet.
- Place cast iron skillet on grill and cook until internal temperature in the lobster is 140 degrees.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with parsley. Serve with warm french bread for dipping in the butter mixture.
