10lb Spiral Ham

1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

2 tablespoons Fresh Juice from Naval Orange

1/4 cup Sugar in the Raw
Directions
Prepare smoker for indirect cooking at 275 degrees.
Place Spiral Ham on grill and smoke for 2 hours.
Combine brown sugar, maple syrup, and orange juice in a small bowl. Then spread mix over the outer-layer of the ham.
Dust with Sugar in the Raw and place back on the pit for an additional hour (1 hour).
Do you have to heat up the glaze?
Hey Josh – I usually lean towards Cherry Wood for ham. But any mild, fruit wood would be great.
