Ingredients
- 10lb Spiral Ham
- 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Juice from Naval Orange
- 1/4 cup Sugar in the Raw
Directions
- Prepare smoker for indirect cooking at 275 degrees.
- Place Spiral Ham on grill and smoke for 2 hours.
- Combine brown sugar, maple syrup, and orange juice in a small bowl. Then spread mix over the outer-layer of the ham.
- Dust with Sugar in the Raw and place back on the pit for an additional hour (1 hour).

Do you have to heat up the glaze?
Hey Josh – I usually lean towards Cherry Wood for ham. But any mild, fruit wood would be great.
What kinda wood you use when you smoke your ham?
