I beer battered and fried some fish filets with a mix of hot sauce and my King Craw to create some juicy and tasty sandwiches.
Ingredients

2 cod filets 4oz each
- 1 package Beer Batter Fish Fry Mix
- 1/2 cup beer

1 Tablespoon Killer Hogs Hot Sauce

1 Tablespoon Malcom's King Craw Cajun Seasoning

1 Tablespoon AP Seasoning

2 Brioche Burger Buns
- Blue Plate Tartar Sauce
- Thin Sliced Dill Pickles
- Shredded Lettuce
- Malt Vinegar
For the Sandwich
Directions
Combine the beer batter mix with hot sauce, and King Craw - whisk to a smooth consistency
- Season each filet with AP and dip in the batter until coated on all sides
- Drop in 350°F peanut oil and fry for 6-8 minutes
- Toast the buns and spread tartar sauce on top and bottom bun. Dress with pickles and lettuce. Place each filet on top, splash with malt vinegar (optional), and cover with the top bun.
