Our Go-To Mexican Seasoning! My wife and I cook some sort of taco, nacho, or quesadilla weekly. Most of the time we eat Me-he-co several times a week. We’ve tried many other seasonings. Malcom’s is our favorite. I take my tortilla, lather it with sour cream, then sprinkle on Grande Gringo. Then I build my taco with flank steak, which is also seasoned with the GG. Then add cheese then add cilantro, then squeeze the lime. We like the Mateo’s hot salsa. You put all that together and some blue corn chips and you’ve got something mighty fine. I’ll give this one five stars.
