Ingredients

1lbs 80/20 ground beef

1/2 yellow onion diced

4oz sliced mushrooms

4 slices pepper jack cheese

1 Tablespoon Killer Hogs AP Seasoning

4 slices Texas Toast

1/2 cup creamy pepper sauce or spicy mayo

1 cup Blue Plate Mayo
- 2 tablespoons Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
Creamy Pepper Sauce
Directions
Patty beef into 4 burgers - about 5oz each.
On a flat top griddle at medium heat add the onions and mushrooms along with clarified butter. Season with AP Seasoning and cook until slightly brown.
While the vegetables are cooking place the hamburger patties on the griddle and season with AP Seasoning. Cook for 5-6 minutes, flip and repeat until the burgers are medium doneness.
Move the burgers to the side and top with pepper jack cheese.
Add a little clarified butter to the griddle and place the Texas Toast on top. Cook for 1-2 minutes until brown.
Top each piece of toast with the creamy pepper sauce and place the burger patties on top along with a scoop of the onions and mushrooms. Cover with the top piece of toast and serve.
