It's a Potato Skin meets BBQ Nachos... but crispier and a whole lot more delicious!

One of the best “football food” bites you can have because the hash brown is crispy, the cheese is creamy and the pork is smokey and savory.
I cooked some frozen hash browns on a pellet grill until they were crispy, then topped them with jalapeno cream cheese, pulled pork, nacho cheese, bbq sauce, bacon and green onions.

Ingredients

1 package of frozen hash brown patties (8ct)

1 container of Spicy Jalapeno Philadelphia Cream Cheese
-
1 pound pulled pork
-
16oz nacho cheese
-
8oz Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce
-
2 Tablespoons Killer Hogs Hot Rub
-
6 strips of crispy bacon - chopped
-
3 green onions - diced
Directions
Preheat pellet grill to 350°F
Place frozen hash brown patties on wire rack and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown - flip half way through for even cooking.
Top each hash brown with a smear of spicy jalapeno cream cheese, pulled pork, and season with Killer Hogs Hot Rub.
Place the rack back on the pit and cook for about 5 minutes to heat the cream cheese.
Top with warm nacho cheese, a drizzle of The BBQ Sauce, crumbled bacon and green onion.
