Spicy Avocado Ranch Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Blue Plate Mayo
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Tablespoon Malcom’s Grande Gringo Mexican Seasoning
- 1 packet Spicy Ranch Mix
- 4oz Diced Green Chilies
- 2 cups Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Tajin Seasoning
- 1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro
Directions
- Place room temperature cream cheese in a large bowl. Half and score avocado and squeeze into bowl. Use a potato masher or heavy fork to combine avocado and cream cheese.
- Add green chilies, sour cream, mayo, spicy ranch mix, shredded cheese, and Grande Gringo Seasoning. Stir to combine.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Transfer to serving dish and top with Tajin seasoning and fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
