Spicy Avocado Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Blue Plate Mayo
  • 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Tablespoon Malcom’s Grande Gringo Mexican Seasoning
  • 1 packet Spicy Ranch Mix
  • 4oz Diced Green Chilies
  • 2 cups Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Tajin Seasoning
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro

Directions

  1. Place room temperature cream cheese in a large bowl. Half and score avocado and squeeze into bowl. Use a potato masher or heavy fork to combine avocado and cream cheese.
  2. Add green chilies, sour cream, mayo, spicy ranch mix, shredded cheese, and Grande Gringo Seasoning. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Transfer to serving dish and top with Tajin seasoning and fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
