Directions
Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium high heat.
Season burger patties with Killer Hogs AP Seasoning on both sides.
Place the burger patties on the flat top and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side. Top with Provolone cheese slices right before assembling burger.
While the burgers cook, place the onions and bell peppers on the flat top. Season with AP Seasoning and cook until soft. Move the veggies to one side of the grill and add the thinly sliced steak.
Season the steak with AP Seasoning and cook until no longer pink. Combine with the vegetables and lower the heat on the griddle.
To assemble the burgers: Spread mayo on the bottom half of a toasted brioche bun. Layer on a few slices of dill pickle and top with a burger patty. Add a big heaping pile of the philly steak meat and veggies and drizzle it with warm Cheese Whiz. Add the top bun and serve.
